By creating a Beyond account you agree to these terms. Beyond is a private journal and educational wellness tool. It is not psychotherapy, not a medical diagnosis, and not an emergency service.
You own what you write. Keep a copy if it matters to you. We try to keep the service available, but we cannot promise it will never be down or lost. Do not use Beyond if you need crisis care. Call or text 988 in the US, or 911 if you are in immediate danger.
The Enneagram in Beyond is a self-reflection exercise. It is not a validated, clinical, or psychological test. It has not been proven to identify a type. A result, including any wing, is a possible fit you can use for journal prompts. It is not a diagnosis, not therapy, and not a professional assessment.
Digital items (Enneagram, Beyond Hurt, daily prompts) are delivered in the app after payment. Prices are shown before you pay. Web checkout uses Square. A native iOS app, if offered, uses Apple for digital items.
Digital purchases: if something did not unlock, contact us from Settings and we will fix it or refund. Unused digital items requested within 48 hours of payment may be refunded at our discretion.
Monthly prompts (Beyond Hurt Daily Prompts): $2.99 USD per month, auto-renewing. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you subscribe in the iOS app, or through Square on the web. The subscription renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Cancel anytime. Access continues through the period already paid. On iPhone, manage the subscription in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Keep your login to yourself. You may delete the account in Settings. We may suspend an account that is abusive, unlawful, or that puts someone at risk.
